Remodeling !!!

This is our wood burning stove that came with our house. We have dedcied that we really won't use it and just don't want it so we are taking it out.. Now that Ray is home and has all kinds of time we decided that we should go ahead and take it down. That was our Monaday project with the help of Payton. After taring all the brick down Payton helped us haul it out on the patio and now he has a few beat up toes from dropping the bricks on his toes.. About an hour into it I feed him and put him down for a nap.. Here is is helping!!!

Now that that is done we are back to being bored. We have done the one thing that we needed inside for now. The rest is outside work and the snow is in the way!!! Now Ray understands what I go through everyday with the kids.. It is nice to have him around. Now I get some adult converstaion.. But hopefully he gets back to work soon so I can paint in the house when it starts getting warmer!!!

A what??? A BABY!!!!

So I have not been feeling so peachy the last couple of weeks and only one thing could be wrong with me... Of course its true.. After a home test I had to see a doctor to make sure it was a correct.. So yesterday I went to the doctor and yep... I'm pregnant!! Number 3 and sooooo excited.. I am just glad to be getting on the road with babies. My philisophy... have one baby have them all. No need to wait years and years to have all your kids.. Needless to say we are excited and a little stressed as well considering the facts of life right now. Anyway, I am only about 6 weeks so approximate due date in Oct. 8 or so.. I go back in 2 weeks to get another ultrasound to measure the baby since its not so big right now!!! Go figure!! In reality for me I will have the baby way before then. At least 3 weeks before then and mabe even sooner. The doctor says that at 32 weeks he will be looking to have a baby if the baby is in anyway stressed at all. So we are ahead for another long road with baby.. Just wanted to fill everyone in that keeps up with bloggin'.

I also came across this really cute website..Lilypie.com It has some really cute counting tickers for the baby and the kids birthday.. Kinda cute so I posted one for each kid so everyone and see how old they.. Only if I could get pictures on this thing. Still trying to figure it out. I really just need to take it and get it fixed, but now that will have to wait until Ray gets back to work!! Watch for up dates on the baby and later I will try to get the ultraasound picture form yesterday up..

Happy Birthday Payton..

Today Payton turnes 2 years old. Where has the time gone?? So we had a birthday party for him last night. My compture is still being dumb so I can't give you any pictures, but it was fun. He really couldn't figure out why everyone was watching him open gifts. I was so hoping that he would cry when we sang Happy Birthday to him, but he just looked at us like we were crazy and hid under the table. Last year when we all sang Happy Birthday to him he cried and cried and took forever for him to calm down. We missed getting it on video last year and so I was hoping this year he would. We had the camera ready and everything. He just looked at us like we were all crazy!! Oh well... We enjoyed it anyway and had a good time.. I attempted to make a Wiggles cake and I failed miserably.. Good thing he really doesn't care.. All he care about was the pictures of the Wiggles that I printed and put on the cake.. Those guys will keep him occuppied for ever..

Friday they layed Ray off work and so now we really have to be frugile with money.. Hopefully the work will pick up REAL soon. Something you have to deal with when you are in the construction business.. Winter months can be slow. We feel really lucky because there are guys that have been layed off since October and we have been blessed to have worked this long. At least he has insurance built up that will last until he gets back to work and as for money.. who needs that anyway.... Hopefully some other companies with the Union will have work.. If not then by the end of March something will come up when the works starts to pick up for Cache Valley.. Those of you who have ever been in this situation wish us luck..

Happy Birthday Payton!!!!!

Heart attcks to puppies.....

This last week has been a crazy mad house for us. Last Sunday Rays dad had a heart attack. We got the call about 3 pm and were told they were life flighting him to Provo.. So we loaded the kids in the van and headed down to Provo. I guess the storm was bad in Roosevelt, so they had to go around the storm to get him down to Provo... Eventually he made it around 8:00 Sunday evening... We stayed there until about 11 or so to make sure he was alright and to see what the doctors had to say. It turned out the he had 3 arteries that we clogged. One at 90% and 2 at 70%. They decided to stint the artery that was at 90% clogged and will stint the other 2 in the next couple months.. So gladly to say he is doing good. Just week and tired trying to get his heart strong again. I guess some tissue was damaged so he will have a recovery ahead of him.. He is doing good and we are so blessed that everything went well and he is okay..

They released Rays dad on Wensday so we went and picked him up. The roads home were closed so they stayed with us the rest of the week. We took them home on Friday after Ray got off work. We stayed at Rays parents Friday night and headed home Saturday morning.. I enjoyed having Rays parents here, but I am sure glad to have my house back. The kids really enjoyed having grandma nd grandpa here as well. It was really nice to be able to spend time with his parents and get to know them better. Even though we have been married almost 4 years( 4 years in June) we have rarely spent alot of time with his parents. It was really nice to actually enjoy my in-laws as well. It was good for the kids to get to know them as well and enjoy their comapny too..

After a heart attack, everyone realises that life is short and to enjoy it while you are here. It was really interesting to see how everyone changed their way if thinking and now all everyone wants to do is spend time with each other before its too late.. I was really blessed to have the opportunity to spend time with them. Too bad it had to take smething like that to make it happen..

On a more happy note,we decided to take a big step into puppy ownership!!! Onemore baby to tend to... But I love her as well. We bought us a 7 week old chocolate lab purebreed... She is so cute and very good with the kids. We had to get one so that Ray will have a hunting companian for duck hunting.. Payton loves her a little too much and I hope that she will survive his brutality!!!!! We named her Gracie and she is just too cute.. I hope that she doesn't drive me crazy, but I am sure that she will.. Abriee doen't really care for Gracie and when Gracie walks in the room Abriee starts crying. It is actually kinda funny... Hopefully she will get over it soon!!!!

There is somethig wrong with our computer and it won't let me put pictures on so when we get that figured out I will get some pictures of the puppy and some cute ones of Abriee and Payton..

What the heck...

I love Payton to death, but he sure teaches Abriee bad things. As I was doing something in the bedroom this morning it got really quiet and so I went to see what was going on. Of course he had opened the bottom of the TV center so that Abriee could start to take everything out. Of course she finds the one thing she likes and where does it go.. her mouth. Everything goes in her mouth. I just hope that when Ray goes to plug it in it will work..If not I am in big trouble!! Every time I think I get my house cleaned up I always come to find something the kids have found a way to get in and make a mess. Needless to say this morning I will be picking up everything that goes in the TV center that the kids have taken out and strung allover the house.. We have no been our house for about three weeks now and I have finally completely moved in. I had to get all the boxes out of the house by like the third day, but as for getting everything put away and where it all needs to go took a little longer. But finally I can say it is done... Now my house is a home and it feels nice. Now we just get to wait until spring so we can start working on some things that we want to improve on and get done around the outside..We are so excited to work with the house this summer.

Last week was my birthday and I finally got what I have been wanting for years.. Ray finally got me the KITCHENAID that I have been asking for for years. I thought that I would have to get it myself, but he surprised me this year with one for my birthday.. I love and I use it everyday.. Now I get to buy all the attachments for it. That will be fun!!!

Back on track...

Finally things have settled down for me. We just got moved in to our new home in Ogden and we are loving it... We moved on the 31st of December and I have just gotten mostly everything in its place.. I think that it will take me a few weeks to get fully moved in, but at least we are not living out of boxes.. For the last week or so I have been trying to catch up on laundry since I was without a washer and dryer for almost two weeks.. It seems that it never will get caught up. Once I think I am caught up I look again and nope still loads to do...

The first week we were in the house Ray had to work in Provo and stayed there for the week. That was awful and I hated it. They have now transferred him to Brigham City and so he is home every night.. The kids are finally starting to get used to the house and will sleep through the night now. Payton still wakes up once in a while, so I still get some sleepless nights.

On January 8, after 22 1/2 hours of labor, my sister Jessica had a baby girl by C-section. They named her Bryzauna Harley and she weighed in at 8lbs 12oz and 20 1/2 in. long. She looks like a little pug with some really chubby cheeks and a tiny nose. Jessica is doing well just getting used to having a baby girl around..
This is Bryzauna just a few hours old..
This is my kids with her.. How cute are they???
This is Bryzauna again..

Hope....

Finally the holidays are almost over. One more to go... I love Christmas and all, but I am so glad that it is over and done. We decided to have Christmas dinner at my house and I was okay with that. It was just really hard since half my house is in boxes since we are moving.. Christmas was great and I enjoyed being with family.. Glad it's over though.

Hopefully our house will close either today or tomorrow so we can move on Saturday. Our landlord has rented the apartment already and so we have to be out by Monday.. Our loan officer says they are working on our loan finishing up the last little bit and that has been going on for a week now. So I have no idea when closing will be and I just hope that it gets done today so we won' be homeless!!! My house is almost packed and we are ready to go.. We tied to get it done before Christmas, but that didn't happen. Today is the closing date and so it needs to be done today!!! So we will just see what happens..

Life is great and we are just busy packing and cleaning and stuff.. It will be a while before I will post again. Tomorrow my Internet will be just down so we can move and will be up next week. When we get moved I will update on our move and have some pictures of our house!!! I am so excited to have a house and actually be settled for a while...

Hope everyone had and great Christmas and have a wonderful New Years!!!
